License and payment
I bought a license a week ago but never activated it. Did I lose the days?
No. The period starts at the first activation on a computer, not at purchase. While the license shows "🟡 Waiting for server activation", it is not spending anything.
How do I move the panel to another computer?
In the bot, in the license card — "Reset license". The bot issues a new key, the old machine is disconnected, and the paid period is preserved.
You do not need access to the old computer: it may already be wiped or sold.
There is no "Reset license" button
It only exists for an active license. An expired one does not have it — renew the subscription first.
I changed the disk (or motherboard) and the panel says "This license is no longer active"
That is not a ban. The license is bound to the hardware, and after you change it the server sees a different computer.
Reset the license in the bot, get a new key, and activate it again in Seva Installer.
Why did I not get a notification that my license was expiring?
There is no such thing. The bot warns you neither about an expiring license, nor a failed charge, nor a low balance. Watch the charge date in the license card yourself.
Can I run two machines on one license?
No. One license, one computer — the binding is strict.
I deleted a license by mistake. How do I get it back?
Not from the bot — there is no restore button. Support only. Deleting does not refund the money.
Installation
The installer menu just sits there
That is by design: it does not start on a timer. Select an entry with the arrow keys and press Enter.
The installation takes forever and the screen never changes
Normal. The longest phase runs with no progress on screen — the log goes to a file. There is exactly one sign that it finished: the computer powers itself off.
No network, or a black screen, on a fresh system
Turn Secure Boot off in the BIOS. The drivers are built on the machine itself and are unsigned, and Secure Boot will not load those. This is required, not optional.
If it is a black screen on an RTX 50xx: do not switch the driver profile to
NVIDIA 550 (legacy) — the new cards do not work with it.
Where do I enter the license key?
In Seva Installer — the window that opens after you log in. The panel itself has no field for the key.
Accounts
The import fails and the "Add account" button stays grey
Most likely one of two things:
- You loaded only one file. Both are required:
logpass.txtand themaFilefiles (as a folder or individually). - A login in
logpass.txthas no maFile. The panel will say "No maFile found for account X".
Renaming the maFile is usually unnecessary: the panel reads the login from the
account_name field inside the file. The file name only matters when there is no
account_name inside.
Where do I enter the Steam Guard code?
Nowhere. The panel generates the codes from the maFile and types them into
Steam. There is no input field, and there should not be.
The login and password are correct, but the account will not sign in
Two common causes:
- The wrong
maFile— from another account, or outdated. - The computer's clock is wrong. Steam Guard codes depend on exact time; if it has drifted, they will never be accepted.
Farming
"Не найдена eligible группа из 4 аккаунтов по logpass order"
Four usable accounts could not be found. Wingman is a 2v2 mode and needs exactly 4 alive accounts per session: banned ones and ones that failed to log in do not count.
Add accounts, or find out why the existing ones are not "Alive".
Why can I not select Deathmatch, Casual or Armory?
They are still in development. The tiles are visible but blurred and marked "Soon". Same for the Slow pace — only Fast works.
What does "NO MATCH" in the Weekly Drop column mean?
That matchmaking failed or timed out. It is not a ban and not an account error — this week's drop simply has not been received yet.
When does the weekly drop reset?
On Wednesday at 01:00 UTC — 04:00 Moscow time in summer, 05:00 in winter. Not Monday.
The auto looter will not turn on
Two rules that are easy to miss:
- While farming, the toggle is locked — turn it on before you start.
- Auto-loot only works with a general start ("Start farm"). It does not engage when you start hand-picked accounts.
The trade URL must also be filled in before the start.
The panel rejects my trade URL
The format is strict:

Short links and http:// will not do. The simplest way is to copy the whole link
from your Steam trade offers page.
The panel
I pressed "Update" and nothing happened
An update is not applied while the farm is running. It waits for the slots to stop and installs on the next farm start.
The panel says "Идёт обновление CS2, дождитесь завершения"
The game is updating. The panel waits for the current matches to end, updates CS2 and resumes farming by itself. There is nothing to do.
"We could not verify your license"
Almost always the internet. The panel could not reach the server and locked itself just in case. Check the connection and press "Check again".
"Wipe everything", the Telegram tab, Armory and Leaderboard do not work
Those sections are in development. They are visible in the interface but do nothing — do not rely on them.
The panel is stuck
From gentle to harsh:
- CleanUp in Seva Installer — clears stuck background processes. It refuses to run during an active game: stop the farm first.
- Reinstall the panel — accounts and license are kept.
- Reset installed data — a full cleanup of the panel's data. The license,
logpass.txtandmaFilesurvive.

What should I send to support?
If the panel is locked — the "Copy details" button and the support code from the lock screen. If it is an installation problem — a photo of the screen with the error.
